For nearly two decades, I’ve worked inside organizations supporting people strategy, culture, and leadership across industries. I kept noticing that inside these organizations, they all had some of the same patterns surfacing: burnout, disengagement, retention challenges, and systems that worked on paper but broke down in practice.

Many organizations optimize for performance without fully addressing how people systems, leadership behavior, and decision-making actually function day to day. While this can drive short-term results, the long-term cost often shows up in culture, execution, and the ability to sustain growth.
